DigitalC

They REALLY don't want a review from me. Yet. Unless this puts a fire underneath somebody's arse and they actually read what I've been telling them. Because nobody answers a phone. I'm not paying a service only to have to wait for a call back? I have problems NOW and I'm not babysitting my phone. I want a human to talk to. I'm glad I haven't disconnected from my original service, because it's what I've been having to USE.

Quality, reliable service at a low price! The instal was professional. The service speed was as advertised. I've only experienced 2 outages of any duration which is better than I can say for the big companies. I am a satisfied customer and happy to save so much money on my internet bill.

Brandon and Ruslan, Digital C technicians, arrived on time and the installation was smooth and problem free. All of my home devices, including security, TV and computer were connected to Digital C. Brandon and Ruslan were smart and gave me good information.

Experience was great at the beginning but I asked them to move the modem to another room and they put about 30 holes in my siding without permission. Then when I called to get it fixed they didn’t show up to the appointment. Wasted a whole days PTO. When trying to fix it with their customer service line I found out from Eric that they are a different company just contracted to send messages to canopy. When I asked what company Eric worked for I was told they could not disclose that information. So I was happy at first but looks like their customer service has gone way down hill contracted to a third party that has no way to communicate with canopy except a one way messaging system.

The tech Rasheem who came to install the internet was very personable and professional. He explained where devices could be installed and consulted us with where to drill wires so it looked nice in the house. He went above normal customer service.
